Ingredients
* 12 dollar size buns or slider buns
* 1 ½ pounds of Ribeye steak, sliced thin
* 1 green pepper sliced into thin strips
* ½ large onion, sliced into thin strips
* 6 ounces of sliced mushrooms
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
* ¼ cup chicken broth
* 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Set the oven on broil, low setting
On a baking sheet, set the buns so the insides are facing up
SECOND STEP:
Toast lightly under the broiler
Add the olive oil to the skillet, then add the meat to cook it
THIRD STEP:
Remove the meat and set to the side
In the same skillet toss in the onion, mushroom and the pepper and saute until they soften
FOURTH STEP:
Return the meat to the skillet and add the broth, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper
Saute until the liquid has cooked down
FIFTH STEP:
Scoop serving sizes onto the bottom portion of the buns
Top with shredded cheese and broil for a minute or two
