Ingredients:
Bell peppers (yellow or red), tops cut off and seeded
Ground beef or turkey
Cooked rice
Onion, chopped
Tomato sauce or diced tomatoes
Shredded mozzarella or Italian cheese blend
Seasonings: garlic, salt, pepper, oregano

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Pan-frt onions and ground meat in a skillet until cooked through.
3. Mix in cooked rice, tomato sauce, and seasonings.
4. Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
5. Top each with shredded cheese.
6. Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted and golden.
