Craving a Taco Bell Enchirito? Now you can make it at home with all the delicious layers of beef, cheese, and enchilada sauce, wrapped in a soft flour tortilla!

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup enchilada sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onions
1/4 cup black olives, sliced (optional)
1/4 cup sour cream (for topping)
Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions:
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, stirring until combined. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds to make them more pliable.
Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Take one tortilla, add a scoop of the seasoned beef mixture, top with a sprinkle of cheese, and roll it up. Place it seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat for all tortillas.
Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top with diced onions, black olives, and a dollop of sour cream. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
Serve and enjoy your homemade Enchirito!
