Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets, cut into chunks
8 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook the Pasta – Boil fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sear the Salmon – Season salmon chunks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the salmon for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce – In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Combine Everything – Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing until well coated. Gently place the seared salmon on top.
Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
