Cheese Tortellini Pepperoni Pizza casserole 🥘

A delicious and easy-to-make casserole that combines cheese tortellini, pepperoni, and pizza sauce, topped with a creamy cheese sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. Perfect for a family dinner or a crowd-pleasing meal!

*Ingredients:*

– 1 (16 oz) package cheese tortellini, cooked

– 1/2 cup pizza sauce

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 2 cups shredded mozzarella-based cheese

– 8 oz Velveeta, cubed

– 2 oz pepperoni, quartered

– 2 cups milk

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 2 garlic cloves, chopped

– 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

– Sliced pepperoni

*Instructions:*

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish.

2. Prepare the sauce: Heat olive oil, add garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

3. Make the cheese sauce: Add milk, Italian seasoning, and Velveeta. Stir until smooth.

4. Combine ingredients: Fold in cooked tortellini and pepperoni.

5. Assemble the casserole: Transfer mixture to the casserole dish, add pizza sauce, and top with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.6. Bake: 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Serve: Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
