We love corn on the cob and try to enjoy as much of it as possible while it’s in season. However, we’ve always been disappointed with boiling it, as it never seems to taste its best. But we’ve discovered a game-changer: cooking it in a slow cooker! By steaming the corn in the slow cooker with some water, it retains its sweet flavor perfectly. Then, you can top it with butter, salt, and pepper to your heart’s content and savor every bite!

Ingredients:
8-10 ears of corn
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
unsalted butter, to taste
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

1-Place corn in slow cooker and pour in 1/3 cup water.
