Texas Roadhouse Butter Chicken Skillet

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 tsp honey

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup chicken broth

1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Directions:

Mix butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Add chicken broth to the skillet, scraping up browned bits. Stir in the prepared butter mixture until melted and combined.

Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the butter sauce.

Garnish with parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
