THE INGREDIENTS LIST:
500 Grams.Of ground beef.
A small yellow onion – diced.
A small green pepper – diced.
8-oz.Of cremini mushrooms – diced.
2 Tbsp.Of ketchup.
1 Tbsp.Of Worcestershire sauce
2 to 4 Tbsp.Of A1 sauce.
½ Tsp.Of salt.
½ Tsp.Of pepper.
1 Tbsp.Of cornstarch.
1 Cup.Of beef broth.
8-oz.Of sliced provolone cheese.
6 hamburger buns.
PREPARATION:
1st Step
Place the ground beef in a large pan and sauté it over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks, until the meat is no longer pink. Delete the grease.
2nd Step
Once the meat has been browned, add the onions, green peppers, and mushrooms to the pan. Continue cooking for a further five to seven minutes, or until the onions have reached the desired tenderness.
3rd Step
Mix cornstarch and beef broth in a second, smaller bowl. And using a whisk until there are no more lumps. After pouring the soup over the meat, thoroughly mix the two.
4th Step
To taste, season with salt, pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and A1 sauce. Stir thoroughly. Let continue cooking for around 5 minutes, or until the majority of the liquid has been absorbed.
TIP: A1 sauce tastes very strong. You should begin with 2 tablespoons of sauce and increase to 4 tablespoons if you want the taste of your meat combination to be more intense.
5th Step
Remove the pot from the heat and turn off the burner. On top of the meat, layer thin slices of provolone cheese, and then let the cheese melt.

Serve the meat and cheese combination on hamburger buns topped with sesame seeds.
