Ooey-Gooey Buffalo Chicken Pizza Pockets

Ingredients:

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked shredded chicken

½ cup Buffalo sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce.

Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 6 equal squares. Place a scoop of the Buffalo chicken mixture and a sprinkle of mozzarella (and blue cheese, if using) in the center of each square.Fold the dough over the filling to form a triangle, sealing the edges with a fork.

Brush the tops with egg wash and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping
