- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: Roll out the crescent roll or pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. If using crescent roll dough, separate it into triangles. If using pizza dough, cut it into 8 even rectangles.
- Add the filling: Spread a small amount of pizza sauce onto each piece of dough. Add mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices.
- Season and fold: Sprinkle the garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the filling. Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket, then press the edges firmly with a fork to seal.
- Brush and bake: Brush each pizza pocket lightly with olive oil or melted butter. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake: Place the pizza pockets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve: Let the pizza pockets cool slightly before serving. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.
