This cheesy, garlicky, buttery corn is the perfect side dish for BBQs, family dinners, or just a delicious snack!
β Ingredients:
4 ears of corn, husked π½
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted π§
2 cloves garlic, minced π§
Β½ tsp salt π§
Β½ tsp black pepper β«
Β½ tsp paprika (optional) πΆοΈ
ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese π§
ΒΌ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese π§
β Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven or Grill
If using an oven, preheat it to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
If using a grill, set it to medium-high heat.
2. Prepare the garlic butter
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using).
3. Coat the corn
Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
4. Cook the corn
Oven method: Place the corn on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Bake for 20β25 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
Grill method: Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for 10β15 minutes, turning every few minutes until lightly charred.
5. Add the cheese
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella or cheddar over the hot corn.
If using the oven, broil for 2β3 minutes until the cheese melts. If using a grill, close the lid for 1β2 minutes until the cheese is gooey.
6. Serve & Enjoy
Remove from the oven or grill, let cool slightly, and enjoy this deliciously cheesy, garlicky treat!
