This cheesy, garlicky, buttery corn is the perfect side dish for BBQs, family dinners, or just a delicious snack!
โ Ingredients:
4 ears of corn, husked ๐ฝ
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted ๐ง
2 cloves garlic, minced ๐ง
ยฝ tsp salt ๐ง
ยฝ tsp black pepper โซ
ยฝ tsp paprika (optional) ๐ถ๏ธ
ยผ cup grated Parmesan cheese ๐ง
ยผ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese ๐ง
โ Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven or Grill
If using an oven, preheat it to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
If using a grill, set it to medium-high heat.
2. Prepare the garlic butter
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using).
3. Coat the corn
Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
4. Cook the corn
Oven method: Place the corn on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Bake for 20โ25 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
Grill method: Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for 10โ15 minutes, turning every few minutes until lightly charred.
5. Add the cheese
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella or cheddar over the hot corn.
If using the oven, broil for 2โ3 minutes until the cheese melts. If using a grill, close the lid for 1โ2 minutes until the cheese is gooey.
6. Serve & Enjoy
Remove from the oven or grill, let cool slightly, and enjoy this deliciously cheesy, garlicky treat!
