Ingredients:
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 cup broccoli florets (steamed and chopped)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
Prepare the Cornbread Batter:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy cornbread mix, milk, sour cream, melted butter, and eggs. Stir until well combined.
Add Broccoli and Cheese:
Fold in the steamed and chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder (if using), and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake:
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly with a spatula. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve:
Let the cornbread cool for about 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm as a side dish.
