Ingredients:
– 1/2 lb crab meat, cooked
– 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1/2 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
– 4 tbsp butter
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 4 cups seafood or chicken broth
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup whole milk
– 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
– 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. *Sauté aromatics:
* Melt 2 tbsp butter, cook onion and garlic until softened.
2. *Add flour:* Whisk in flour to make a roux, cook for 1 minute.
3. *Add broth and wine:* Gradually whisk in broth and wine (if using). Bring to a simmer.
4. *Add cream and milk:* Stir in heavy cream and whole milk. Simmer until heated through.
5. *Add seafood:* Stir in crab meat, shrimp, and lobster meat. Cook until seafood is heated through.
6. *Season:* Add smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
7. *Serve:* Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
